Harry S. Batten
Harry Scott Batten, 95, of Croton, died at 11:15 Sunday, Feb. 5, 2006, at the Ft. Madison Community Hospital.
The funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 8, at the Schmitz-Lynk Funeral Home in Farmington with Pastor John Howells officiating. Burial will be at the Croton Cemetery.
Visitation begins at 9 a.m. Wednesday at the Schmitz-Lynk funeral home, where the family will be present until time of the service. Memorials may be made to the Croton Community Club.
Mr. Batten was born Sept. 8, 1910, in Croton, the son of William S. and Alice A. Whalen Batten.
