Harvey William Spurgeon

Harvey William Spurgeon, 91, of Keosauqua, died at 1:25 a.m. today, Friday, Aug. 25, 2006, at Van Buren County Hospital in Keosauqua.

      A funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua, with the Rev. James H. Wakelin officiating. Burial will follow in Fellows Cemetery with military rites by American Legion Beer-Barker Post No. 113.

      Open visitation will begin at 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, with an open Masonic service at 3 p.m. followed by family visitation until 4 p.m.

      Memorials to Keosauqua Lions Club may be left at the funeral home or mailed to Elaine Bozman, 5018 L Ave., Wapello 52653.
