Hattie A. Church October 26, 1912 - March 21, 2004

Hattie A. Church, 91, of rural Bonaparte, died at 8:37 p.m. on Sunday, March 21, 2004, at Jefferson County Hospital in Fairfield.

      The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 24 at Bonaparte United Church, with the Rev. Catie Newman officiating. Burial will be in Bonaparte Cemetery. Open visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, March 23 at Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua. Memorials to Bonaparte United Church or Bonaparte Cemetery may be left at the funeral home or mailed to the family at 20179 Route W-40, Bonaparte, Iowa 52620.

Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Mollie and her husband Gervase Bentler of Bonaparte; a son, Glenn and his wife Patricia Church of Savage, Minn.; six grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

      She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Nellie Miller and Ina Osborn; a brother, Stephen Cox; and a great-granddaughter.
