Hazel Hinkson
Hazel Hinkson, 91, of Columbia, Mo., died Sunday, March 12, 2006, at The Bluffs nursing facility.
She was born Feb. 20, 1915, in Donnellson, to Benjamin and Elizabeth Neff, who were farmers in that community.
Mrs. Hinkson attended country school and high school in Donnellson, graduating in 1932. She went on to business college and became a bookkeeper for J.C. Penney for several years.
In 1938 she was united in marriage with Willis Hinkson, a farmer outside of Mt. Pleasant, where they farmed and were involved in church and community for several years.
