Hazel I. Jones

Hazel I. Jones, 81, of Pittsburg died at 1:12 a.m. today, Friday, Feb. 3, 2006, at Van Buren County Hospital in Keosauqua.

      A service is set for 2 p.m. Monday at Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua, with the Rev. Bryon Wixom officiating. Burial will be in Pittsburg Cemetery.

      Open visitation is from 2-5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, with family present from 3-4 p.m. Memorials to Pittsburg Cemetery may be left at the funeral home or mailed to the family at 207 E. Monroe Ave., Fairfield 52556.

      Mrs. Jones was born Jan. 16, 1925, near Mount Zion, the daughter of Clarence and Mildred Rolison Ewing. She married Hubert E. Jones April 2, 1944, in St. Louis, Mo. He died June 30, 2003.
