Hazel Waneta 'Jeri' Gwinnup

      Hazel Waneta "Jeri" Gwinnup, 89, of Keosauqua, died Tuesday morning, Oct. 30, 2007, at the Good Samaritan Center in Keosauqua.

      A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at United Methodist Church in Keosauqua. A luncheon will precede the service at 1 p.m. in Fellowship Hall and coffee will be served after the service. A graveside service will be at a later date.

      Mrs. Gwinnup was born March 30, 1918, in Miner County, S.D., the daughter of Theodore and Julia Guttormson Syverson. She married Donald Garth Gwinnup in November 1944 in Paris, Texas. He died March 15, 1967.
