of Iowa City, formerly of Fairfield, passed away Sunday, Nov. 8, 2020.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Noah's Arc No-Kill Animal Shelter in Fairfield or the Wounded Warriors Project.

Celebrating Heath's Life will be from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday, June 19, at Jefferson County Park, Shelter #3. Fairfield, Iowa. Our family invites you to help us share Heath's love of music, friendship and family. There will be live music proved by his lifelong friend, Steve McLain. You are welcome to bring you lawn chairs and enjoy the pond, music and gathering with friends. We look forward to sharing stories of Heath's loving nature and how he made an imprint on each of our life's.
