Helen B. Gray

      Helen B. Gray, 91, of Washington, died Saturday, Sept. 11, 2004, at Parkview Home in Wayland, following a lengthy illness.

      Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 16, at Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington, with the Rev. Julia Poulsen officiating. Burial will be in Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. Visitation will be from noon to 8 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home, with family present beginning at 6 p.m. Memorials may be directed to United Methodist Church in Washington or Hospice of Washington County.

      Mrs. Gray was born on Dec. 25, 1912, in Washington, to Harry H. and Maude May (Messer) Payne. On April 11, 1955, she married Lloyd A. Gray in Henderson, Ky.
