Helen E. Dickerson

Helen E. Dickerson, 102, of Washington, died Friday, May 14, 2010, in the M.L. McCreedy Home in Washington after failing in health.

Celebration of life services will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 18, at the Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington with the Rev. Fred Bickhart officiating. Burial will be at the Oregon Township Cemetery in Ainsworth. Visitation began at noon today at the funeral home where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Memorials have been established for the first Christian Church or the M.L. McCreedy Home.

Mrs. Dickerson was born Sept. 28, 1907,in Lineville, the daughter of Oliver and Venealia Rockhold. She married Claude C. Dickerson on April 20, 1935, in Bethany, Mo. She was previously married to Roger Kindred.
