Helen E. Shelangoski, 83, of Birmingham, died at 1:15 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 10, 2006, at Good Samaritan Care Center in Keosauqua.
Burial with a private family service will be in Maple Hill Cemetery in Birmingham.
Memorials may be made to Lord's Cupboard in Fairfield or Birmingham Christmas for Kids.
Arrangements are in the care of Raymond Funeral Home in Birmingham.
