Helen E. Wiggins
FAIRFIELD - Helen E. Wiggins, 85, of Richland, died Saturday, June 21, 2003, at University Hospitals in Iowa City.
Funeral services are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 25, at the Richland United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Packwood Cemetery in Packwood. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, June 24, at the Raymond Funeral Home in Fairfield. Memorials may be made to the Richland Library or the Packwood Library.
