Helen Elizabeth Shaw, 64, of New London, died Wednesday, May 17, 2006, at Henry County Health Center.
The memorial service, officiated by Pastor Matt Hunt, will be held Monday, May 22, at 1 p.m. at Elliott Chapel.
Visitation will begin at 9 a.m., with family present from noon until time of service. According to her wishes, her body has been cremated. Inurnment will be held at a later date in LaPlata, Mo.
A memorial has been established.
