Helen F. Parcell

      RICHLAND - Helen F. Parcell, 69, of Richland, died Sunday, Jan. 20, 2008, in University of Iowa Hospitals following a brief illness.

      Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 24, in Trinity Friends Church in Richland with the Rev. Tim Hadley, the Rev. Ron Bryan and the Rev. Stan Bauer officiating. Burial will be in Richland Friends Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 4 p.m. in Gould Funeral Home in Richland, where the family will be present from 6 to 8 p.m. Memorials may be made to the Richland Fire Department or Friends Cemetery Association.

      Mrs. Parcell was born Nov. 19, 1938, near Richland, the daughter of Seth E. and Maude (Brady) Hoskins. She married Victor D. Parcell on Sept. 26, 1959 in Pleasant Plain.
