POCATELLO, Idaho ? Helen J. Welsh, 84, died Feb. 24, 1999.
She was born Sept. 15, 1914 in LaCrosse, Wis., to Carl and Olga (Smevog) Jungbluth. She graduated from Washington High School in 1932 and from Washington Junior College in 1934.
