Helen L. Baker
Helen L. Baker, 93, of Mt. Pleasant, died at 10:12 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 20, 2003, at the Henry County Health Center in Mt. Pleasant.
The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 24 at the First United Methodist Church in Mt. Pleasant, with the Rev. Dr. Edward R. Peterson, senior pastor, officiating. Burial will be in the Forest Home Cemetery in Mt. Pleasant. Visitation will be from noon to 9 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 23 at the Weir Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant. The casket will remain closed to the public. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the First United Methodist Church of Mt. Pleasant.
