HELEN D. LEEPER
Fairfield
Helen D. Leeper (nee Kessel), formerly of Fairfield and Ottumwa, Iowa, passed away April 3, 2021, at the age of 89.
On June 12, 1931, Helen was born to Ralph and Retha Kessel in Fairfield, Iowa. She was united in marriage to the late Rex Leeper on Feb. 18, 1950. Loving mother of Gary (Janet) Leeper; proud grandmother of Jessica (David) Walsh, Katlin (Matt) Vargo and Dylan; and great-grandmother of three and one on the way. Further survived by other relatives and friends.
Preceded in death by her sisters, Vivian and Ruth.
A private family service will be held in Menomonee Falls, Wis. She will be laid to rest at the Packwood Cemetery, Packwood, Iowa.
