Helen M. Grinstead March 28, 1923 - November 25, 2005
Helen May Grinstead, 82, of New London Nursing and Rehab Center of New London, formerly of Burlington, died at the center at 4:55 p.m. Friday, Nov. 25, 2005.
The funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 29 at Lunning Chapel in Mt. Pleasant, with the Rev. Jackie Bradford officiating. Burial will be in Long Creek Cemetery in rural Danville. Visitation will be from noon to 7:30 p.m. today at the chapel, with family present form 6 to 7:30 p.m. A memorial has been established to the Diabetes Association .
Mrs. Grinstead was born March 28, 1923, in Lowell, the daughter of Roscoe and Ida Zachmeyer Watson.
