Helen M. Tackenberg
Helen M. Tackenberg, 82, of Mt. Pleasant, died Sunday, Nov. 26, 2000, at the Henry County Health Center in Mt. Pleasant.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 30, at the First United Methodist Church in Mt. Pleasant, with the Rev. Edward. R. Peterson and the Rev. Kiboko I. Kiboko officiating. Burial will be in the Forest Home Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Weir Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant and from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday at the church, where the family will receive friends from 12:30 to 2 p.m. A memorial has been established to the First United Methodist Church in Mt. Pleasant.
