Helen Madeline Ford August 19, 1923 - June 26, 2003

Helen Madeline Ford, 79 of Wilton, formerly of Mt. Pleasant, died Thursday, June 26, 2003 at the Wilton Care Center in Wilton.

      The funeral service was at 11 a.m. today at the Beatty Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant, with the Rev. Jeffery Crawford of the Calvary Baptist Church officiating. Burial was in the Forest Home Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or American Heart Association.

      Survivors include one daughter, Darla and husband Walt Litton of Durant; a sister, Dorothy and husband Arcie Sapato of Moline, Ill., a brother, Blaine and his wife Judy Arnold of Blue Grass.

      In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and infant son James Randall.
