Herbert Conklin Osincup
Herbert Conklin Osincup, 86, of Washington, died Wednesday, Sept. 15, 2004, at Halcyon House, following a lengthy illness.
Celebration of Life services will be held at a later date at the Shiloh Living Word Fellowship. Memorials may be directed to the Shiloh Music Ministry or the Halcyon House Good Samaritan Fund.
Mr. Osincup was born on April 24, 1918, in Waverly, to Lynn Chamberlin and Elsie May (Conklin) Osincup. He married Betty Jensen on Aug. 24, 1940, in Chicago, Ill.
