Herbert Dale Huber

WELLMAN - Herbert Dale Huber, 84, of Wellman, died Sunday, July 13, 2008, in Parkview Manor in Wellman following a short illness.

      Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 19, in the United Church of Faith in Keota with the Rev. Dennis Hopes officiating. Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Friday in the Powell Funeral Home in Wellman, where the family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Burial will be in the Wellman Cemetery with military rites. Memorials may be made to the United Church of Faith, Wellman Heritage Museum, and the Wellman Rotary Club.

      Mr. Huber was born March 4, 1924, near South English, the son of Otha Elwin and Lola Beryl (Teakle) Huber. He married Marie Doris Herr on March 3, 1946 in the Scotland Presbyterian Church near South English.
