Herman H. Hendrichsen

      Herman H. Hendrichsen, 104, of Keosauqua, died at 4:25 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 29, 2008, at Van Buren Good Samaritan Center in Keosauqua.

      A service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Bonaparte United Church, with the Rev. Paul Rekward and the Rev. Mark Caston officiating. Burial will be in Bonaparte Cemetery.

      Open visitation will begin at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua, where the family will be present from 6-7:30 p.m.

      Memorials to Bonaparte United Church or Bonaparte EMTs may be left at the funeral home or church or may be mailed to the family at 22449 Route W-40, Bonaparte 52620.

      Mr. Hendrichsen was born Aug. 26, 1904, in Wilton, the son of Lawrence and Matilda Fredricksen Hendrichsen. He married Nova L. Decker Feb. 15, 1930, in Washington, Iowa. She died Oct. 24, 1988.
