Hom Lovan
Hom Lovan, 80, of Wayland, died on Monday, Nov. 27, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.
Funeral Services have been set for 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 2, at the Wayland Mennonite Church, with Pastors Gerry Klopfenstein and Pam Unruh officiating. Following the service his body will be cremated and inurnment will take place at a later date at the North Hill Cemetery. Visitation will begin at noon on Friday at the church, with family receiving friends from 6-8 p.m. Beatty Funeral Home of Wayland is assisting with arrangements. A general memorial in the name of Hom Lovan has been established.
