Hope Chalupa
Hope Chalupa, infant, of Wellman, died Monday, Dec. 1, 2003, at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City, of complications following premature birth.
Private family graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 4, at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Washington, with the Rev. Nancy Oehler officiating. Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington is in charge of arrangements.
Hope was born on Dec. 1, 2003, in Iowa City, to Jonathan and Lee Ann (Pollard) Chalupa.
