Howard Arnold Stoutner
KEOTA - Howard Arnold Stoutner, 97, of Washington, formerly of Keota, died Thursday, Sept. 27, 2007 in the Halcyon House in Washington from complications of age.
Funeral services were at 10:30 a.m. today in the Powell Funeral Home in Keota with the Rev. Kelly Allard officiating. Burial was in Keota Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Wilson Memorial Library or United Church of Faith.
Mr. Stoutner was born July 4, 1910, in Washington County, the son of George and Ethel (Hagist) Stoutner. He married Gladys Faris on Jan. 14, 1930, in Wee Kirk O, the Heather in Glendale, Calif.
