Howard Moberly
OXNARD, Calif. ? Howard ?Moe? Moberly, 74, Oxnard, Calif., and formerly of Washington County, died April 20, 1999, after a lengthy illness.
Funeral services were held April 24 at the Santa Clara Catholic Church. Burial was in the Santa Clara Catholic Cemetery. The James A. Reardon Mortuary, Oxnard, Calif., was in charge of arrangements.
