Huber Dale Evans Sr.

      WEST BURLINGTON - Huber Dale Evans Sr., 88, of West Burlington, and formerly of Washington, died Sunday, April 16, 2006, at the Great River Medical Center in West Burlington, following a decline in health for the past year and a half.

      Celebration of Life services will be held at 9 a.m., Wednesday, April 19, at Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington. Visitation will begin at noon, Tuesday, at the Jones-Eden Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8, Tuesday evening. Burial with military honors accorded by Washington American Legion Post No. 29 will take place at Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. Memorials have been established for the Diabetes Association or the American Heart Association.
