Illa Mae Yoder
KALONA - Illa Mae Yoder, 79, of Kalona, died Thursday, Sept. 27, 2007, in Mercy Hospital, Iowa City after a lingering illness.
Funeral services were at 11 a.m. today in the Lower Deer Creek Mennonite Church in Kalona with the Rev. Don Patterson and the Rev. Dick Swartzendruber officiating. Memorials may be made to the church. Peterseim Funeral home in Kalona was in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. Yoder was born Feb. 3, 1928, in Milford, Neb., the daughter of Louis and Mabel (Roth) Erb. She married D. Paul Yoder on Dec. 7, 1947, in East Fairview Church in Milford.
