Ingrid E. Teboe, 75, of Mount Pleasant, passed away on Sunday, Dec. 8, 2019, at the Henry County Health Center in Mount Pleasant.

Ingrid was born Feb. 19, 1944, in Maquoketa, Iowa, the daughter of Harold and Sarah (Fuglsang) Hayes Sr. She graduated from Maquoketa High School and later graduated from Hawkeye Institute of Technology in 1984, with a civil engineering degree. She worked for the Iowa Department of Transportation Fairfield Office as a Field Services Coordinator for more than 20 years. ngrid was united in marriage to Randy Teboe in 2004 in Mount Pleasant, he preceded her in death on May 2, 2018. Ingrid was very active in community activities and supported the local community. She has done many hours of charity work, knitted several hats for chemo patients, enjoyed sewing, gardening and was very active in the AA group. She was a member of the Mount Pleasant Evening Rotary Club, Native American Groups and Walking with Our Sisters Foundation. She enjoyed watching her grandchildren play basketball and football.

Ingrid is survived by her children, Michelle Kissee of Macomb, Ill., Jay (Melissa) Kallenberger of Bettendorf and Mike Morgan of Mount Pleasant; seven grandchildren, Amber, Megan, Melissa, A. Jay, Kaycee, Jack and Mark; along with eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Randy.

Memorial services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 14, at St. Michaels Episcopal Church in Mount Pleasant. Following the memorial service the family will receive friends until 2 p.m. at the church.
