Iona Lucille Swartzendruber
KALONA ? Iona Lucille Swartzendruber, 90, of Kalona, died Friday, Jan. 6, 2012, in the Pleasantview Home in Kalona following a yearlong decline in health.
A celebration of life was held at 9:30 a.m. today at the Kalona Mennonite Church in Kalona with the Rev. Scott Swartzendruber and the Rev. Mick Murray officiating. Burial followed at the East Union Cemetery. Visitation was held Sunday at the Peterseim Funeral Home in Kalona. A memorial fund has been established for the Pleasantview Home Memorial Garden.
