Irene Gertrude Glandon
Irene Gertrude Glandon, 87, of Wayland, died Monday, March 7, 2005, at Parkview Home.
Services will be held Friday, March 11, 2005, at 10:30 a.m., at Lancaster Christian Church in Lancaster, with the Rev. Dave Matteson and the Rev. Jeff Glandon officiating. Burial will be in Pennington Cemetery in Sigourney. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, at Holm Funeral Home in Sigourney. A general memorial has been established.
Mrs. Glandon was born Feb. 17, 1918, in Keokuk County to Mose and Della (Smithart) Van Orsdall. On June 22, 1935, she married Lyle Max Glandon in Sigourney.
