Irene Margaret Grout
KALONA ? Irene Margaret Grout, 85, of Pleasantview Home in Kalona, died Sunday, June 19, 2011, in Mercy Hospital in Iowa City following a brief illness.
A celebration of life service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, June 23, at the Sharon Center United Methodist Church in rural Kalona with the Rev. Doug Cue officiating. Burial will follow at the South Sharon Cemetery in rural Riverside. Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Peterseim Funeral Home in Kalona. A memorial fund has been established for the Sharon Center United Methodist Church or Iowa City Hospice.
