Irene Molander

      MT. PLEASANT - Irene Molander, 96, of Winfield and formerly of Olds, died Saturday, June 16, 2007 in the Sunrise Terrace Care Center in Winfield.

      Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 20 in the Olds United Church of Christ with the Rev. Carl Vass and the Rev. Elaine Vass officiating. Burial will be in the North Wayne Township Cemetery in Olds. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Beatty-Murphy Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant, where the family will be present from 4 to 8 p.m. Memorials may be made to the Olds United Church of Christ or to the Sunrise Terrace Memory Gardens Fund.

      Mrs. Molander was born on June 3, 1911 in Big Cliff, Ky., the daughter of William B. and Ida Mae (Hatfield) Hart. She married Carl T. Molander on July 3, 1931 in Burlington.
