Irma M. Hanen

      Irma M. Hanen, 70, of Fairfield, died Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2008, at Henry County Health Center in Mount Pleasant.

      A funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield, with the Rev. Dave Elmore officiating. Interment will be in Mount Zion Lutheran Cemetery in Douds.

      Visitation with the family will be from 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home in Fairfield.

      Mrs. Hanen was born Sept. 10, 1938, in Iowa City, the daughter of Harold and Marguarite Rose Wright. She married Emmett Haynes, who preceded her in death in March of 1989. She later married Oren "Big" Hanen, who preceded her in death March 22, 2000.
