HAMMOND, Ind.-J. Adolph Perez, 76, of Hammond, Ind., died Tuesday, July 20, 2004, at Hospice of the Calumet Area in Indiana, of cancer.
A funeral Mass was held on Friday, July 23, at All Saints Church in Hammond, Ind., with the Rev. Stephen Kosinski officiating. Burial was in Calumet Park Cemetery in Merrillville, Ind. Burns-Kish Funeral Home in Munster, Ind.,
