J. Dean Sandburg
J. Dean Sandburg, 79, of Washington, died Monday, Aug. 21, at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City following a short illness.
Funeral Services have been set for 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 24, at the Beatty Funeral Home in Washington, with Rev. Kelly Allard officiating. Burial will be in the Swedesburg Cemetery with military honors. Visitation will begin at 12 p.m. Wednesday at the Funeral Home with family receiving friends from 6-8 p.m. Memorials in the name of Dean Sandburg have been established to the American Diabetes Association.
