J. Dean Sandburg
WASHINGTON - J. Dean Sandburg, 79, of Washington died Monday, Aug. 21, 2006 in Mercy Hospital in Iowa City following a short illness.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 24 in the Beatty Funeral Home in Washington with the Rev. Kelly Allard officiating. Burial will be in the Swedesburg Cemetery with military honors. Visitation will begin at noon Wednesday in the funeral home with the family receiving friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
