J. Robert 'Bob' Schultz
J. Robert "Bob" Schultz, 69, of Kalona, died Monday, April 19, 2004, at University of Iowa Hospitals in Iowa City, following a lengthy illness.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 22, at Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington, with the Rev. Judy Gingerich officiating. Burial will be in West Chester Cemetery at a later date. Visitation will begin at noon on Wednesday, at the funeral home, with family present from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Memorials may be directed to the American Diabetes Association.
Mr. Schultz was born on May 21, 1934, in What Cheer, to Earl Robert and Lola Irene (Downing) Schultz. He married Barbara Barker on Dec. 3, 1952.
