Jack Cecil

      COLUMBUS JUNCTION - Jack Cecil, 59, of Columbus City, died Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2005, at his home, following a brief illness.

      Funeral services will begin at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 19, at Stacy-Lewis Funeral Home in Columbus Junction, with the Rev. Linda Baldwin officiating. Burial will be in Columbus City Cemetery. Following committal services, a time of food and fellowship will be held at United Presbyterian Church. Visitation will be Friday, Nov. 18, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. A general memorial has been established.

      Mr. Cecil was born Nov. 5, 1946, in Muscatine, to Clement Singleton and Marian Jane (Pugh) Cecil. He married Vicki N. Frisk on June 16, 1965, in Columbus Junction.
