Jack R. Espy
Jack R. Espy, 67, of Newton died of cancer Wednesday morning, Oct. 20, 1999, at Skiff Medical Center in Newton.
The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 23, at the Immanuel Baptist Church in Newton with the Rev. J. Ronald Burnet officiating. Burial will be at 1:30 p.m. at Haynes Cemetery in Centerville. Visitation begins after noon Friday at Wallace Family Funeral Home in Newton with family present from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Memorials have been established to Immanuel Baptist Church or Hospice of Jasper County.
