Jack Sprouse, 71, of Lenox, died Saturday, April 9, 2022, at the CHI Health Mercy in Corning, Iowa. A private memorial will be held at a later date. Online condolences can be left at www.powersfh.com.

Jack Douglas Sprouse, son of Ramon Stanley Sprouse and Hannah Marcene (Bostwick), was born Aug. 26, 1950, in Ottumwa, Iowa. He graduated from Cardinal High School in Eldon, Iowa. and furthered his education at Indian Hills obtaining his associates degree in computer science.

Jack was united in marriage to Mary Elizabeth Liles and this union was blessed with three sons, Mark, Mike and Ben. Jack and Mary later divorced. Jack later married Teresa Lynn Loehr in June 1982 and added a daughter, Melissa to the family. They later divorced. He then married Marilyn Richards, and they later divorced.

Jack utilized his degree and began his career in computer sciences, initially at the corporate level and later he opened his own business as a consultant while residing in Honey Creek, Iowa. In 2019, Jack moved to Lenox, to be closer to family because of his health. He enjoyed traveling, fishing and golf.

Jack is survived by his children, Mark (Stacey) Sprouse of Lenox, Michael Sprouse of, Howes Cave, N.Y., Ben (Lisa) Spouse of Ashville, N.C., and Melissa (Jason) Gormley of Hallam, Neb.; grandchildren, Cedric, Cassidy and Colby Nelson, Jack and Kaitlin Sprouse and Tamryn, Olivia and Emerly Gormley; brothers, Joe (Dan) Sprouse and Steve (Jan) Sprouse; and sisters, Judy (Bruce) Liles, Jody (Kenny) Turner and BernaLynn (Mic) Cooper, along with several nieces and nephews.

Jack was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Ramon (Verna) Sprouse Jr., James (Rochelle) Sprouse Sr., John and David Sprouse.
