James Allen
James Allen, 90, of Columbus Junction, died Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2008, in Colonial Manor in Columbus Junction.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 4, in the Stacy-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services in Columbus Junction with the Rev. Cathy Whitlatch of the Columbus Junction United Methodist Church officiating. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home. A memorial fund has been established.
Mr. Allen was born March 21, 1917, in Columbus Junction, the son of James H. Allen Sr. and Iva (Hanft) Allen. He married Jean Gentzler on March 25, 1938 in Washington.
