James D. "Jim" Neeley, 56, of Hillsboro, passed away at 9:21 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 31, 2006 at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
Friends may call after 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Schmitz-Lynk Funeral Home in Farmington. The family will meet with friends from 6-8 p.m.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 4, at the Schmitz-Lynk Funeral Home in Farmington. The Rev. David Doerr will officiate.
Burial with full military honors by the Bonaparte American Legion will be in the Bonaparte Cemetery. A memorial has been established in his memory.
Surviving Jim is one brother Jack (Brenda) Neeley of Bonaparte.
