James Edwards
The Rev. James Edwards, 77, Winfield, died Saturday, Sept. 20, at his home.
Visitation began at noon today, Sept. 22, at Honts Funeral Home in Winfield, with family present from 5 to 7 p.m. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 23, at the United Presbyterian Church in Washington, with the Revs. Robert Wollenberg and Robert Johnson II officiating. Burial will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 24, at Lincoln Cemetery in Alleman.
A memorial has been established for the Washington United Presbyterian Church.
He was born May 8, 1931, in Pittsburgh, Pa. On Dec. 27, 1952, he married Darlene Larson in Alleman.
