James H. Nixon

      James H. Nixon, 65, formerly of Stockport,died Monday, Dec. 22, 2008, at the Villa Del Sol Center in Marshalltown.

      The funeral will be 10:30 a.m. Dec. 29 at Stockport Methodist Church in Stockport, with the Rev. Michael Renken officiating. Burial with military rites will be at Spencer Cemetery North of Stockport.

      Visitation with the family will be 6:30-8 p.m., Dec. 28 at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield with Masonic Rites starting at 6 p.m.

      James Hugh Nixon, was born in Stockport, the son of James S. and Elizabeth Carmichael Nixon. He married Shirley Beerends Fye June 7, 1981.
