James L. McMullen July 23, 1903 - November 1, 2005
James L. McMullen, 102, of Morning Sun, formerly of Mt. Pleasant, died Tuesday afternoon, Nov. 1, 2005, at Henry County Health Center in Mt. Pleasant.
The graveside service was at 11 a.m. in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Beatty-Murphy Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include a daughter, Patricia Ford of Morning Sun; two grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; and a sister, Opal Furnel of Burlington.
In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by his parents, a brother and three sisters.
