James Loren 'Blue' Vest
WELLMAN - James Loren "Blue" Vest, 59, of Wellman, died Sunday, June 5, 2005, at his home.
Celebration of Life services will begin at 2 p.m., Wednesday, June 8, 2005, at Powell Funeral Home in Wellman, with the Rev. Mike McAfee officiating. Burial will be in Wellman Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, from 4 to 8 p.m., at the funeral home. A general memorial fund has been established.
Mr. Vest was born Sept. 21, 1945, in Albia, to Leon and Mary Mae (Davis) Vest. On April 14, 1966, he married Beverly Milford in Iowa City.
