James Matthew Brown
James Matthew Brown, 65, of Washington, died Wednesday, Aug. 4, 2004, at United Presbyterian Home in Washington.
A memorial reception will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 5, at the Coffee Corner in Washington. Burial will be in Newton Cemetery in Newton on Friday. Beatty Funeral Home in Washington is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Brown was born on July 6, 1938, in Newton, to C.V. "Vernon" and Sarah G. Brown.
