James S. Weller

      James S. Weller, 56, died Saturday, January 31, 2009 at Genesis Medical Center, East Campus following a sudden heart attack.

      Funeral services and mass of Christian burial for James will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 4, 2009 at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Davenport. Visitation will be Tuesday (today) from 3 to 6 p.m. at Halligan McCabe DeVries Funeral Home, Davenport where a prayer service will be offered at 5:30 p.m. that all are invited to attend. Additional, funeral services and mass will be in Fairfield, Iowa at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, February 5, 2009 at St. Mary's Catholic Church with visitation from 9:30 a.m. until the time of mass. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Fairfield. Behner Funeral Home also is assisting the family with arrangements in Fairfield.

      In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Foundation.
