Jamie M. Stewart August 31, 1974 - March 20, 2004

Jamie M. Stewart, 29, of Burlington, died at 12:55 a.m. on March 20, 2004, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.

      The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 24 at Lunning Chapel in Burlington, with the Rev. Tom Smith officiating. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery in Burlington. Visitation will begin at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, March 23, with family present from 6:30 to 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established.

Survivors include a son, Dalton Jacob Stewart of Burlington; grandparents, Orville M. Stewart and Harold and Barbara Garmoe, all of Burlington; his parents; a sister, Robin and her husband Rick Rittler of Orange Park, Fla.; a brother, Chad and his wife Jenny Stewart of Burlington; an aunt, Sandra Christner of Mt. Pleasant; and an uncle, Ronnie Garmoe of Mt. Pleasant.

      He was preceded in death by a grandmother and an uncle.
